Randy Delling is a retired high school principal after serving the students of the Los Angeles Unified School District for the past 29 years as a teacher, assistant principal and principal. He has served as president of the Assistant Principals Secondary Student Services Organization, the Senior High Secondary Principal Organization, and the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) Region 16, including serving as the president of ACSA during the 2014-2015 school year.

Kermit Ward is entering his 21st year in education and is currently the principal of Connally High School. Kermit is going into his seventh year in Pflugerville ISD in Austin, TX.

Dr. Greg Franklin is the superintendent of the Tustin Unified School District in Southern California. Dr. Franklin is passionate about preparing all students to succeed in the global workforce through rigorous and engaging instruction, real-world applications, and the integration of technology.
